On a beautiful sunny friday I headed to Exeter College in Oxford for the wedding of Claire and Iain. Both had been to Oxford but Iain had been at Exeter College which also boasts J.R.R. Tolkien, Alan Bennett and Martin Amis amongst the alumni. The chapel is absolutely stunning, and the pews face each other similar to Westminster Abbey. It was lovely to photograph the ceremony here and the service was conducted by a member of the family which added to the intimacy of the occasion. The college claim to have the best mixed-voice Chapel choir in Oxford. The reception was held in a marquee the grounds of the college with music performed by a fantastic band that I first met at Maunsel House, Taunton 2 years before.
